GPHS students participate in Apple Festival activities

by Leah Wilke

January 22, 2010

The Griggsville Apple Festival is a long standing festival held in the town of Griggsville during the month of September. It is well known for it mile long parade and it apple centered activities and royalty pageants. This year was a great year for the festival. The weather was beautiful and the crowd was great, as well.

Many of Griggsville-Perry CUSD #4 students and faculty either worked at stands, participated in the pageants, rode in the parade or participated behind the scenes in organizing the event. We have put together photos from the Apple Festival for your enjoyment.

The Griggsville community is to be commended for hosting such a first class event!
