Second Semester Begins!!

Students will be returning to school tomorrow, January 3, 2012, to begin their second semester of the 2011-2012 school year. The first semester has flown by, and the students have worked very hard to succeed.
During the second semester, students in grades 3 through 8 will be taking the ISAT tests, and the juniors will be taking the PSAE tests. These tests are measures of students' academic progress and comparison of skills with other Illinois students around the state.
You will be hearing more and more about the above-mentioned assessments as time goes by, and the time for testing gets closer. ISAT tests are administered in March and the PSAE tests are administered in April. Information will be sent home with students and will appear on our website as well as in our daily announcements.
