5th & 6th Grade Basketball Sign-Up

Sign up sheet for 5th and 6th grade boy's basketball will be in Coach White's office. Players must sign up by Friday 1-20-17 if they wish to play. If they do not sign up by this date they will not be allowed to play under any circumstances. There will be a parent and player rules meeting on Friday at 5:30 in the cafeteria. At least one parent needs to be there to sign off on the rules sheet. It will be $50 per player to play 5th and 6th grade basketball this year. Those checks need to be made out to Coach Garrett White. These pay for the 4 tournaments that we will be participating in as well as referees for home games. Players must also have a current physical and insurance waiver signed. They must also stay eligible in the classroom to play. We do not takes buses to games as this is not school sponsored.
