A Dramaless Winter

The first time in over ten years the Griggsville-Perry High School will not be able to put on a winter play. "It's heartbreaking not to do a play in winter." says Amber Jackson one of the many disappointed and dedicated drama students. The Christmas Plays started about twelve years ago. It was made in order to entertain the elementary kids and to give the drama club members more opportunities to preform.
The Drama Club's sponsor, Mrs. Ratliff, writes the plays so that any student can have a part. The drama club is unable to have a 2011 Christmas program because of difficulties with scheduling and commitment issues. Do not fear though! The whole drama club will work hard for the spring play and will try to have the Christmas play next year!
