Lawn Service Bid Notice

   Griggsville-Perry CUSD #4 is accepting bids for lawn care services for the upcoming season through December 31, 2026. Lawn care includes, but is not limited to, keeping all grass at all school grounds in a well-groomed manner, trimming, spraying of grass on ball diamonds, spraying of weeds when necessary, and trimming of bushes.

   Please price your bid on a “per mow” basis. Include a separate bid for mowing ball fields on an “as-needed” basis outside the regular mowing schedule.

   The expectation of Griggsville-Perry School CUSD #4 is that all school grounds will be well-kept and attractive. Service providers must provide a certificate of insurance.

   Bids must be submitted to: Bill Capps, Superintendent, at Griggsville-Perry CUSD #4, PO Box 439, Griggsville, IL 62340, or by email to cappsb@griggsvilleperry.org with the subject title “Lawn Service Bid” no later than 4:00 p.m., on Thursday, March 12 , 2026.
